Ross has undertaken work  in the following local authorities:

bringing his 26 years experience as a local councillor and nearly 8 years as leader of Leicester City Council to support and help other local authorities across a whole range of acrivities. Ross has developed expertise in community cohesion, (he is an Associate of the Institute of Community Cohesion), sustainable development, urban regeneration, and leadership – both organisational and political.
